Vacuum Value is an independent floor care division of our family owned and operated business. Our parent company was incorporated in 1984, giving us over 23 years in business serving the public.

 

We’re not just a website. We also operate a vacuum showroom and storefront for the needs of our local customers. Whether you purchase in our store or through the storefront, you will be given the same great service.

 

We are members of the VDTA (Vacuum Dealer Trade Association) and attend industry related functions annually to remain current with all trends and technology. We are happy to share our knowledge with you and assist with your home cleaning needs.

We take our customers privacy and security seriously. Our site is literally monitored 24/7 for full security compliance. In addition, all purchases are fully encrypted for your safety. How we handle your purchases and returns:

 

We want your buying experience to be as pleasant and easy as possible. Therefore, we try to ensure your package is shipped the same day the order is placed, Monday thru Friday, except Holidays. Our order cut-off time for same day shipping is 2:30pm ET. We successfully maintain full inventory of all items to ensure we can ship your order same day. During holidays, promotions, or peak sales periods, a shortage of supply may occur.

 

You will find that our shipping is free for nearly all items. This includes insurance for the full purchase price. Items are shipped by UPS and delivered according to your purchase. Sorry, but we do not ship to PO boxes including APO’s, etc. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska will be offered freight options at check-out for a nominal shipping charge.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have a full 30 days from date of order to return. Simply phone us to receive a return authorization, without hassle.  All items should be re-boxed, as received, with all items packed carefully into the box. Items with obvious abuse or use which does not adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines may not be accepted. Under normal circumstances, you can anticipate a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Product Warranties:

 

All products purchased from our site are delivered with the full manufacturer’s warranty. In any case that there is a problem within the first 30 days, please contact us directly. Beyond that period, please call the manufacture for assistance. All manufacturers we represent have a nationwide dealer repair network to offer any assistance or repair needs after purchase.
