Miele Orion S4780 Canister Vacuum Cleaner

Miele Orion S4780 vacuum cleaner represents the best in Miele’s S4 Galaxy series entry level units. The Orion is a powerful, lightweight, 1200 watt canister vacuum with full range suction control from 200 to 1200 watts. Unlike the other S4 series units, the Orion’s controls are located on the handle and offer push button increment increases versus the 6 position dial found on the lower S4 series models (Carina & Antares). The handle also offers a stanby button to turn the vacuum on and off. The Orion vacuum is supplied with Miele's H.E.P.A. filter, which conforms to stringent new European filtration standards and retains 99.99% of all dust particles down to 0.3 of a micron in size. You can expect the same Miele quality and quiet operating features from the S4 series vacuums. The vacuum is also equipped with a sealed canister and superior bag technology for dust free cleaning.

The Miele Orion is equipped with the SBB300-3 Parquet Floor Brush for cleaning a wide array of hard floor surfaces. The genuineg horsehair bristles offer superior cleaning and life. The head will pivot 90 degrees to clean around obstacles.

The S4 Galaxy Series offers consumers Miele quality in a long lasting and affordable canister vacuum. The Orion vacuum offers fingertip suction adjustment for full control over your cleaning, depending upon floor types, surfaces, upholstery and fabrics. The ergonomic Triscope Stainless Steel handle is height adjustable. The extra long cord and free wheeling casters help take the work out of vacuuming. The Galaxy series of vacuums are also fully upgradeable to include additional floor tools.

The Orion S4 Galaxy vacuum offers the Triscope Stainless Steel wand with fingertip suction and on/off controls. This wand extends to 46" for comfort and the ability to reach those hard to clean areas.

The Orion S4 Series is powered by Miele's 1200 watt Vortex Motor System. Capable of 141 Cubic Feet Per Minute of airflow and designed for optimal suction and dust intake.

Filter: H.E.P.A. Active Filter. Removes 99.99% of dust particles down to 0.3 microns. It is also equipped with activated charcoal to help reduce household orders. This filter meets newer European filtration standards.

Bag: a 3.5L / 3.7 quart FJM IntensiveClean Plus bag is equipped with a seal flap for dust free removal when changing bags (2 supplied with the vacuum)

Canister: Sealed System to prevent dust release

A trio of free wheeling casters on finely finished steel axles allows the Miele canister vacuum to move effortlessly across many floor types. Wheel placement provides a stable foundation for the canister to operate.
